Hello everyone,
We use an automation system to link our Facebook instant form to our ActiveCampaign database. But we ran into two problems a week ago. Two of our custom fields in Active Campaign have changed IDs, and our data is no longer arriving in Active Campaign. When we use the “map” function in Make, we can see that the ID of this field is currently “24”, but when we remap the field, we can see that it is now linked to the number “29” and we don’t know why this field has changed ID.
I don’t know if I’m quite clear, but don’t hesitate to ask me again if you don’t understand, the answer to this problem would be a great help.
