I want to create a short notification with a link of an automatization in Discord.
For that, the trigger is a webhook who are in an automatization ActiveCampaign, and when a prospect doesn’t have a tag, he past on the webhook, and go to the automatization.
After, the goal of the automatization Make it’s to recup the ID of the automatization AC who have any bug, and after send a notification with the links of the auto.
I think the other module are good but just for this module “Active Campaign - Get an automatization a contact is in” I don’t know how I can parameters this…
Occasionally, some prospects run into problems with all our automations, missing one or other tag that would allow them to continue with their automation. While waiting to solve the problem, we put them on hold on an “alternative path”, giving us a few days to resolve what’s going wrong. I’d like to use a Webhook so that when a prospect goes through this “alternative path”, we receive a notification on discord alerting us to the fact that a prospect is “stuck”.
Now, when we get to the Make automation that should send this notification, I’d like to retrieve the ID and then the name of the automation (ActiveCampaign) in which the prospect is blocked. The problem is that I can’t do this via Make, regardless of the methods used.
So I don’t really know what I’m looking for and what I need. I’m groping around, but it’s not very conclusive…
