Does anyone know what array one needs for dropdown fields in monday.com?
It says “if you map this field yourself, prepare an array”.
For example, I want to add “yellow” to a dropdown column field.
If you can share an array example, that would be great.

When creating or updating an item in Monday.com via Make.com, you can enable the “Create label if missing” feature. This option allows you to map a value to an item. If the value already exists, it will use it; if it doesn’t, it will create a new one automatically. This should help solve your problem.

Thank you, but for some reason, it’s not creating the dropdown field. There is no error, it’s just empty.

You should not map the value in index/label. Instead you have to map the value in label 1 field after selecting label from index/label option.

Yes this is for dropdown itself. Each value in dropdown is a label. In Column id field we have to select the dropdown column we want.
If you turn off the map here, you can select the available options in the dropdown.
If you enable the map and input a value, a new label will be created if it doesn’t already exist, provided you choose “Yes” for the “Create label if missing” option.
