When I try to add the Email Module, and click connections, it only gives me 3 options:
Others (SMTP)
Google Restricted
Microsoft SMTP/IMAP OAuth
It doesn’t give me the IMAP Option - which is what I need. The Microsoft IMAP is not what I have. What could be the issue, all the documentation says there should be 4 connection options and one should be the IMAP option?
What can I do to get the IMAP Option?

sorry but can you show a screenshot? Cause when I opened the email module I can see it the other way around - I have only Others (IMAP) available.

You have used the wrong module if you are looking for IMAP, as you cannot use IMAP to send emails. The IMAP protocol is for receiving and managing emails on a server. What you need is to select one of those three displayed options to SEND email.
If you want to get/fetch your emails instead, you can use the Email “Get Emails” module —
Returns emails that match the specified criteria.
