Email Module (Get mails) error

Description

I’m using a Email Module to get some emails and respond to a thread, wich is working, but when I start the scenario or makes a one time test, the Email module keeps processing operations, looking for the same mail over and over again. I already put 1 and 2 on the maximum numbes of results.

Can you share a screenshot of your trigger/scenario and how you set up the trigger step?

You can select when to run option by right-clicking the trigger module.
