Error: 403 - Insufficient authentication scopes, rollback completed with warning

Hi, I need help as I have been battling this error for the past 2 weeks.

I created an AI call agent with Vapi that can read my calendar, I have enabled all the neccessary authentication scopes in my google console to the best of my knowledge, I have also googled solutions to solve this but nothing seems to work.

I use a Google workspace account and I keep getting this error

Error 1: The operation failed with an error. [403] Request had insufficient authentication scopes.

Error 2: The Rollback Phase was completed with a warning. Automatic failure response was sent to the webhook.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Bummer about the frustration, @Richardthc.

I dislike them 403 errors that arise.

Have you tried dropping the current Vapi connection and then creating a new one?

No, I haven’t tried this yet. Do you think that might be the solution?

No guarantee, @Richardthc; but dropping the connection and making anew especially when it’s custom could help.
