Error connecting Facebook

I am trying to connect Instagram Business to my account. It was working fine and then when I tried to reconnect to add a new page, it stopped connecting.

When I go to “Create a Connection > Save > Continue as User”, I get the error “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later” and it just hangs until I close the window. Then is says “waiting on authorization” then “Error No access token specified. No access token specified.”

I contacted support a couple of days ago and no response yet. Facebook was unhelpful.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You could try creating a custom OAuth Facebook application in the Meta/Facebook Developer console, and use the app ID/secret keys in the “Show advanced settings” fields of this connection dialog.

This bypasses the missing Make access token issue for the Facebook app.
