Error message 365 modules

Hello,

I’m trying to connect office 365 on make to be able to download attachments, the problem is that it sends me an error message:

“message”: “The request failed due to failure of a previous request.”, “code”: “SC424”, “suberrors”:[{“message”:““invalid_client””, “name”: “Error”}]}

I went to the azure platform to register the application but I think the problem is with the URL I redirected. Which one should I use? Is there anything else I need to do to stop having
