I am trying to create a scenario with Survey123 using ArcGIS online to create a webhook and then send a feature report template to multiple emails. When I try to connect to ArcGIS online, I get the following error- (See uploaded image). Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this to start to try and move on to the next step.

Out of curiosity, do you get the same error with Google Chrome?
I ask because I’m not finding any transport errors with the https call for integromat.com with and without www.
When the trouble remains, let Make support know that Oauth for Survey123 seems to have broken. I suggest further including a video reproducing the problem.
