Etsy - API Call to add translations

I am trying to use the module ETSY API Call to add the German translations for a listing. As the update listing module ist not supporting it and according to the etsy documentation (Reference | Etsy Open API v3) it should be possible to do that over the API.

I used:
https://openapi.etsy.com/v3/application/listings/{listing id}/translations/de

POST
Content-Type
application/json

BODY

{
“listing_id”: “{listing id)”,
“language”: “de”,
“title”: “test”,
“description”: “that’s a test”,
“tags”: [
“test”
]
}

I always get the error:
RuntimeError
Resource not found

Does anybody know how to set it up correctly?

First of all i guess you are not inluding shop id in url.

Then you don’t need to send listing id and language in body. That’s not correct format.

Which module are you using? Can you share screenshot please

I am using the Etsy “Making an API Call” Module.

I also tried it with this one :
https://openapi.etsy.com/v3/application/shops/{shop_id}/listings/{listing_id}/translations/{language}

But it also wasn’t working.

Welcome to the Make community!

You inserted an absolute (full) URL into the URL field.

If you read the description below it, it says:

Enter a path relative to https://__________ … For example: __________

So you simply need to OMIT the first part of the URL that will be added for you.

PS: Do you maybe also know how to upload a video over the Etsy API?
Which link to use I know now but under “video_url”: “string”, I don’t know what to put as I can’t put the google drive link.
