Hi, I’ve been having issues lately with my Etsy scenario. All it does is watch for new shop receipts every 30 minutes, pulling any new ones and entering them into an Airtable database.
The issue I’ve been having is that at random times of the day, I hit a “Rate limit” error, and my scenario gets automatically paused for 20 minutes before retrying. The problem with this rate limit is that I’m only making 48 requests to Etsy’s API per day. It’s also completely arbitrary when I hit the rate limit. I’ve found no workaround for this since I cannot create a custom connection to Etsy’s API.
This has been especially bad this week. No matter how I schedule my scenario, it gets a warning at least three times a day (and at most 12 times) that the scenario is paused due to rate limit issues. Can anyone let me know if they have suffered this issue as well? Also, any suggestions on how to get around this would be welcome.
