Facebook Lead Ads - broken down in between?

Did this here just happen again?

I have at least two scenarios (for two different meta forms), which failed tonight because they couldn’t find the leadgenId’s of certain Meta Leads:

Unsupported get request. Object with ID '4070348869898387' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (100, GraphMethodException)

I have the same issue with three leads from last night (since the scenarios crashed):
Make finds these leads, when I use the “list leads” function of the “facebook leads ads” module.
But Make doesn’t find them when I re-run the “new leads” function or the “get lead details” function.

We’ve had the same problem, randomly, on dozens of our scenarios since tonight.

Hello :waving_hand:

We wanted to let you know that we’re currently observing an issue on Meta’s end that may be affecting your experience. As a result, you might notice some intermittent behavior, where the module functions as expected at times but may produce errors at others.

Please rest assured that we’re actively monitoring the situation and will keep you updated with any significant developments.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as this gets resolved. :folded_hands:

Seems to be fixed on my side.

Problem still persists

Is there any update yet? I created a support ticket, but haven’t received a response.

Hello @Ome :waving_hand:

Unfortunately, I don’t have an update at the moment. But it’s great that you’ve submitted a ticket, as you’ll be the first to hear any updates directly. :folded_hands:

Is there any workaround? Or should we signup to competitor while you are fixing it?

Has no update still. It’s just weird.

problem still persist

Hello @Ome :waving_hand:

My colleagues have been monitoring the situation and it seems that Meta resolved the issue. Can you please get in touch with Customer Care Agent to talk about the issue directly? Thank you. :folded_hands:

Thank you for the update but unfortunately still persist.

Ok I will talk to customer agent.
