Facebook lead ads (Get a Form) not working from this morning, but not all scenario not working just some of it.
Same error here. Very annoying!
It’s not working. Many of my scenarios have the issue below. Other people already posted it here.
This is not a problem of authorization. I reconnected everything, and the issue persists.
Can you please help? This is very frustrating.
Thanks.

@alexandr.e, just FYI: I moved your comment to this thread as this one is related to the Facebook Lead Ads > New Lead module.
I have the same problem!
The module fails on every execution. I’ve tried it on the ads and also on the Meta Ads test tool for forms, and every time the data arrives here in Make, this error occurs in this module. It says that the problem is authentication, but other users report the same problem, even though they have already authenticated.
Considering that the same connection from module 35 is also connected to modules 37 and 34, these modules should also present an error.
Hello everyone @here
I wanted to let you know that we’ve escalated this issue to our dev team, who is in constant touch with Meta regarding this.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble and disruptions this may be causing.
Thank you for your patience while this is being investigated
Any updates?
Thanks.
Hello everyone @here
I just wanted to share a quick update. Our development team is actively working with the Meta team to find a solution. In the meantime, Meta has asked us to collect some technical details from affected users to assist with the investigation.
If you’re experiencing this issue, feel free to open a ticket with us, and our team will guide you on how to share the necessary information.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may be causing. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and will keep you updated on any progress.
I decided to remove the “Get a form” module, considering that the error is happening in most submissions. I lost the form data, but I can retrieve the Lead data in the other modules. And if I need to get some data from the form, I pass it via reference and I can retrieve it in the modules that are perfect.
What do you mean by “I pass it via reference and I can retrieve it in the modules that are perfect.”?
Thanks.
Hello, any updates on this?
Thanks.
Hello @alexandr.e
The team is currently in the final stages of testing the solution. Once all tests are complete, it will be pushed to production. We’ll keep you updated on the progress.
Thank you very much for your patience throughout this process.
Hello all @here
I wanted to quickly let you know that there is an update from the apps development team on this:
Starting September 14, 2021, if an app doesn’t have the right permissions, certain fields like “context_card” and “thank_you_page” will cause this error.
In order to mitigate this, we have provided a list of fields from which you can choose.
Please note that to use the “Thank You Page” and “Context Card fields”, you must have the Advertise permission for the page where the form is located.
You also have the option to simply tick all but these 2 fields and the module should then work without any permission required.
