Facebook Lead Ads - All scenarios stopped pulling new data (Unsupported get request)

Hi Guys,

Today all of our existing scenarios have stopped processing new lead form data giving the below errors.

Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘1610938016434994’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (100, GraphMethodException)

Things I have tried:
Re authenticated my facebook connection in make
Reset the Meta business manager permissions for lead forms access

This is happpening across over 20 different Meta business managers which I am an admin of.

Would love to know if anyone else is expericing this issue and any suggestions welcome.

Hey. I am encountering the same issue. All my scenarios stopped exactly as yours. It started like 2 hours ago. Before that, everything was normal. The same is happening with ZAPIER. I think Facebook updated something related to the API.

What are you trying to achieve?

I have run over 100K leads with FB Lead Ads and now all scenarios are failing.

The operation failed with an error. Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘817230227224906’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at Graph API - Documentation - Meta for Developers (100, GraphMethodException)

Steps taken so far

Reauthorized my connection and still not working.

The same thing is happening to me, all my scenarios are stopping.

The same thing is happening to me, all my scenarios are stopping. Do you think it will fix itself?

Yea, issue initially thought might have been Make as I’m seeing these errors too, but if Vokkol says he’s saying the same issue in Zapier, it probably is a Meta issue.

Weird though they haven’t reported on their side yet - https://metastatus.com/

Same here not just with Make.com, but with other platforms too.

I’m having the same problem

I have the same issue. Any idea how to solve it?

Welcome to the Make community!

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.

Hi Sam,

Ticket was lodged before the post. No response as yet. The community is faster

When this issue is going to resolve?

Same here. Did you contact Meta?

I’m contacting you because the Facebook Lead Ads module no longer seems to be working.

I’m getting this type of error on all scenarios (regardless of the facebook page or form connected).

The scenario has been deactivated by Make
The scenario encountered an error during processing. Correct the error or clear the queue. Reason: Unsupported get request. The object with ID ‘438468571958778’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please refer to the Graph API documentation at Graph API - Documentation - Meta for Developers (100, GraphMethodException).

This error has been displayed since this morning (6am GMT).

Thanks for your help.

Same issue form morning

Is there an existing ticket created that we can all follow up on to minotr the status of this issue?

@shreyesh0610

It is best to create ticket individually so that Make support can assess the gravity of the situation and which customers are affected. They will bundle all tickets and give you updates via the ticket directly.

Hi everyone @here

Thank you for raising this in the community.

I just wanted to confirm that this issue is likely related to Meta’s server outage. We have reached out to our dev team for further investigation and will keep you posted as soon as we have updates from them.

I’ll be sure to update this thread with any new information. If you’d prefer to receive updates via email, feel free to open a ticket, and our support team will keep you informed.

Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.
