Same issue here. Are we sure its the server outage? The notice says the outage relates to “spend calculations”.

I can’t belive Meta had not responded to Make, or make technical team does not have a clue ?

At least, Make team could at least inform us:

  1. Is it a global problem ? Are ALL Facebook Leads Ads connections NOT working, or just some of them ?
  2. Did Meta offered any response ? Did anyone identified the problem ?

We have hundreds, thousands leads going through this automations, we pay Make for automation,
we pay Meta for ads, noone is teling anything.

It’s a global problem, and the issue is with Meta. Seems like they are working on it. But yeah, we also have 100 of leads going through every day, so hopefully it gets fixed soon…

Hello, can someone download any lead manually from facebook ads manager?
It seems it is not only integration problem also problem with meta lead center itself. I see 10 leads but when try to download i can see only 4 leads sixth of them missing.

[edit - just saw the banner communicating the issue] but the Facebook Status website shows as it was fixed, but Make is still breaking all scenarios.

Hi, all my Facebook Lead scenarios stopped working. I already reauthorized the connections, but it didn’t work. I am getting this error for all of them:

The operation failed with an error. Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘XXXXXXXXXXX’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at Graph API - Documentation - Meta for Developers (100, GraphMethodException)

They were running normally, but the issue started at dawn.

Anyone with a similar issue? Is it a Facebook problem? How to fix it?

Pure io lo stesso problema… credo dobbiamo solo attendere che risolvano, anche se sulla pagina Fb il concetto Api Graph è risolto ma c’è ancora un problema su ADS Trasparenza…

This is Facebook-wide guys. All you can do is set up a scenario that sends you a notification if lead info starts coming in again and preparing your other scenarios to process all lead data in bulk if necessary.
