Facebook Lead Ads Only Sending Form ID Instead of Lead Data

enario in Make.com to transfer lead data from Facebook Lead Ads to Google Sheets. However, instead of transferring the actual lead data (e.g., name, email, phone), the integration only sends the Form ID and other metadata like the Page ID and Lead ID.

Steps I’ve Followed:

  1. Connected my Facebook account and selected the Facebook Lead Ads module.
  2. Chose the appropriate page and form in the “Watch Leads” module.
  3. Mapped the output fields from Facebook to the corresponding Google Sheets columns.

PROBLEM

When the scenario runs, no actual lead details are being sent, only the form ID and basic metadata about the lead. I’ve verified that:

  • The Facebook form is active and receiving leads.
  • The lead data is accessible in Facebook Ads Manager.
