I’m using the Facebook Lead Ads (New Lead - Instant) module in Make to reduce operations compared to the Watch Leads module. The connection is set up with the correct Facebook page and form. I’ve also tested with a duplicated form and submitted live test leads.
However, the webhook is not receiving any data. Nothing is triggering the scenario.
I need help verifying whether Make has access to the Facebook page and form, understanding how to properly disconnect and reconnect the Facebook Lead Ads integration in Make, and figuring out how to test or trigger the webhook to confirm that the setup is working.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. Make support has access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing potentially sensitive information about your account, scenario variables, and output bundles might not be advisable as it is a public forum.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free Make account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
Turns out it was a connection issue – Make didn’t have lead access permission for the page. I used the testing tool to re-authorize it, and now everything is working perfectly
Really appreciate you highlighting the support ticket route too – I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future issues.
Quick question though:
If I have multiple Facebook Lead Ads forms, is it possible to use multiple Facebook Lead Ads (New Lead) modules in the same scenario? Right now I’ve been duplicating entire scenarios for each lead form, which works but feels a bit clunky.
No, you cannot have multiple trigger modules in the same scenario.
No problem, glad I could help!

thanks for clarifying that multiple trigger modules aren’t supported in the same scenario. Makes sense now why duplicating is the current workaround.
