Facebook to Bigin CRM

Hi

I’m encountering an issue when creating leads in Bigin CRM, from Facebook lead form. The current action is Create Contacts, and if there is a duplicate, it encounters an error - which I totally understand why. However, is there a way to by-pass it if there’s an error, or skip the contact?

You can just attach an error handler “Ignore” module – it simply ignores the error
