Build, test, and debug in Make’s new dark mode

This is one of the most-requested features in Make’s history, and it’s finally here.
Some automation sessions need deep focus: checking module output, tracing data paths, fixing mapped fields, or testing logic across a complex scenario. Now you can choose a visual setup that fits late nights, dim offices, and long build sessions without adding browser filters on top of Make.
You can now use Make in Dark mode, a native display setting for the Make automation platform.
What’s new in Make
- Native dark mode in Make: Switch your Make interface to a dark theme from your personal display settings.
- Coverage across the product: Dark mode now applies across the Make web platform and Scenario Builder, aligning with Make Grid existing dark theme for a consistent look everywhere you work.
- Clear contrast for real work: The theme is WCAG AA contrast checked, so text, labels, modules, and key UI elements stay readable while you build.
- Designed for Make: Dark mode uses a color system built specifically for Make, not forced by an extension or visual filter.

How to turn on dark mode in Make
Switching takes a few seconds. Click your profile icon in the top right corner, select Theme, then choose Dark mode, your Make workspace updates right away, no refresh needed.
Or stay right where you are: inside Make Scenario Builder, right-click the canvas to toggle between light and dark mode directly.
Dark mode is available to all Make customers on all plans.
