With Context, your Agents can now recall important knowledge, like documentation, internal policies, or FAQs, without needing to stuff everything into a single prompt or repeat context repeatedly. It’s the foundation for smarter, more efficient agents that can reason, decide, and act with real-world context baked in.
Key benefits
- Persistent, scenario-independent memory: Upload key content (up to 20 files of up to 20MB size per Agent) once and use it across any Agent. No more repeating system prompts for every run.
- Smarter prompting, lower costs: Better context = free LLM calls. This means faster responses, more accurate outputs, and lower token usage.
- Work across use cases: Whether it’s support agents pulling policy info or quoting agents recalling pricing rules, memory helps AI scale without losing accuracy
