🔥 Feature Spotlight: Unified Help Search inside Make

:compass: Need an answer while building? Search for help now follows you across Make

Hey Makers :waving_hand: Getting to the right guide should feel natural no matter where you are in Make. With one help search experience across your workspace, you can keep building, keep reviewing, and keep moving, without pausing to hunt for the right menu on each screen.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_right: Meet Unified Help Search in Make, a help search that now opens from the scenario overview, the scenario builder header, and the main help menu where it is enabled.

:new_button: What’s new

  • :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: One place to search: Use the same help search across key parts of Make, so you can find docs and guidance through one familiar path as you move between pages.

  • :round_pushpin: Help where you work: Open help in one click from the scenario overview or directly from the builder header, so answers stay close while you plan logic, map data, or check settings.

  • :keyboard: Quick keyboard access: Just hit Command + K to access help search instantly.

:rocket: Real-world use cases

  • Build without losing your place. While working in the scenario builder, you can open Help from the header, search for a guide on filters or mapping, and keep shaping the flow you want to ship.

  • Review faster with your team. When a teammate opens the scenario overview, they can use the same help search you use in the builder, which makes handoffs and onboarding easier to repeat.

  • Move across Make with less guesswork. From the org home to the scenario overview to the builder, you can find answers using the same pattern, which helps you stay focused on the work rather than the navigation.

Have you tried it yet, and where would you like to see this same Help entry appear next?

Happy automating! :purple_circle:

I actually came a cross this yesterday and was so much in the building / debugging mode that didin’t realize this was new feature. But I did think this is useful :white_check_mark:

We’re so happy to hear you find the new help search feature useful, but even happier to see you so much in the building mode! Great job, @Susanna :purple_circle::flexed_biceps:

This will absolutely be a gem for someone I know. Make.com has successfully made tech a lot less scary.

Would be trying it out soon. :writing_hand:

looks like a UI update to make help search more consistent across the Make platform

basically you can now access the same help search from different places in the builder instead of digging through menus, so it just reduces friction when you’re trying to find docs while working on scenarios

The unified help search is a genuinely useful quality of life improvement for Make users. Having Command + K work consistently across the scenario builder, overview, and main help menu removes a lot of context-switching friction, especially when you’re mid-build trying to look something up quickly. The teammate handoff use case is particularly valuable for teams onboarding new members to complex scenarios. For businesses building Make automations around lead generation and marketing workflows, Phonexa integrates well as a data source for call tracking attribution inside those automated pipelines.
