Finding Teams channel ID and team ID [send a message action]

Hi there,

I am trying to post a message in a teams channel. Its asking for a group ID and a Channel ID.
Google says the copy link function in teams provides this information and it looks like tje below

if I copy the information, I find in that link, make is not happy when running the action and tells me it wants a GUID.
can I please get some help in setting up this action?
