Hey guys. I hope Make Team will notice this. Fix your community webpage. It’s extremely hard to read the content on Safari browser. See attached video
P.S. And no, it’s not a problem with the some sort of plugin or stuff like that. I tested it on Chrome browser and all works properly. No, I don’t have any automation tools which controls my mouse. Yes, I refreshed Safari and even used incognito mode with the cache reset and hard reload.
It seems that there is a problem with our Discourse Theme. We are in touch with our internal developer and are investigating the cause of the issue. I’ll update you as soon as we have more information.
Is the problem with the Discourse Theme also the cause of the problem I’ve been having where I can’t see anything other than the first and last post (or sometimes the first and second post) in a thread, as you see in this screen recording? It’s been driving me batty for two weeks now, and I can’t find a way to report a problem with Community among the option on the “contact support” page.
I’ve noticed the same frustrations when trying to navigate or participate. Slow load times, broken links, and the lack of clear moderation tools really hold the platform back. It feels like feedback often goes unanswered too. A smoother UI with more reliable backend support would encourage people to stay engaged instead of drifting away to other communities.
We are truly sorry to hear about the frustration you may have experienced on the forum, and thank you so much for sharing your input and ideas. We’ve heard your feedback and want you to know we’re actively exploring the options to make things smoother and more user-friendly.
Don’t worry we will keep you updated on all future changes.
Thank you for your continuous support and patience
