Flexible Low-Code Workflow – API Fetch, GPT Summary, and Email/PDF Output

Hi all – I’m looking to hire someone to help finalize a low-code automation project.

The core flow involves:

  • Accepting simple user input (currently using Glide, but I’m open to other front-end tools)
  • Sending the data to Make via webhook or other trigger
  • Fetching data from an external API
  • Passing the response through OpenAI’s GPT for summarization
  • Delivering the result to the user via email or downloadable PDF

I’ve already built a working version using Glide + Make, but I’m running into challenges on the output/delivery side and am open to improving any part of the flow — frontend, backend, integrations, etc.

What I need:

  • Advice on the best tools for this use case (especially frontend + output handling)
  • Help finalizing and cleaning up the scenario
  • Implementation of GPT formatting + email or PDF delivery
