Hi all,
I am new to Make, started using it a few days ago. I am attempting to create a scenario where I am using Google sheets and Flowlu to automatically collect form data and map it to my custom fields in Flowlu’s Opportunity cards. My leads fill in a Typeform questionnaire which automatically populates on the Google sheet when the questionnaire is submitted.
For my 1st module I’m using the “Google: Search New Rows” module to gather the new entries’ data. This part works.
My 2nd module is a “Flowlu: Get an Opportunity” module. The Opportunity ID is mapped to the Company name in the Google sheet module.
My 3rd module is a “Flowlu: Update an Opportunity” module. The Opportunity ID is mapped to the Opportunity ID in the 2nd module. I am able to map the basic fields available in this module (Name; contact; email; etc.). However, I would like my Flowlu custom fields to show up here, as separate fields in the module box, so I can map them from my Google sheet.
Here’s what I’ve done so far -
- Created my custom fields in the Flowlu Opportunities section.
- Made sure the custom field is active and displays in the Opportunity cards on Flowlu.
- Refreshed both apps to see if the custom fields load in.
None of that has worked. As far as ChatGPT and Make AI Assistant, it is possible to get the custom fields to appear here by doing what I listed above. Please correct me if I’m wrong or if I need to use another method.
I’m not coding savvy but can easily follow steps.
Your assistance is much appreciated.
