In my free plan, when I create the second scenatio " Basics Use ", after saving I don’t see the scenario in the list which I think they should be two scenarios in the free plan. I see only one scenario.

If you’re on the organisation/teams page, you only see the active scenarios.
You’ll need to go to your scenario page and turn on the scenario for it to be counted active.

I am not quite sure I understand your problem, but since it could help: Have you tried reloading the page? Often a new scenario is not visible in the scenario overview page right after creating it, even though it is there.
