Freeze Scenario - Make

Hello team,

I hope you’re well.

I’ve been experiencing freezes for 2 days when editing modules on make. Like on google sheet, as soon as I click on an imput, it freezes and I have to reload the page.

I’ve contacted support and already have video cookies/cache ect…

Have any of you had the same problem?

Okay it concern all input or filter i try to edit. I can’t do anything…

I tried to change browser but nothing different.

I’ve been using the Make platform on Google Chrome and it’s fine. You might want to consider upgrading your computer with a higher processing power and increased RAM.

I have macbook pro 2022 & Gaming PC. Can’t be a hardware problem.

ok i’ll find why. document is too large that’s why filter freeze.
