Make UI slows down

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Trying to make a scenario

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

When I try to edit in Make, the UI just slows down when I try to edit modules. In the past, it was smooth sailing, but I don’t know something had changed in Make in the background…I had cleared the cache, no help, I checked my ram usage, it seems normal. and I had disabled my adblock, no help either. I disabled my extensions, but that didn’t improve. The browser itself is fine, but the make UI when editing modules is so slow…..So I don’t know what is making the UI slowdown when I edit modules….

I am running on Edge latest version, on Windows 11

Hey there @here :waving_hand:

I’m sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the slow loading time. I see you’ve tried most of the workarounds to fix this. Could you please go and create a ticket with our Customer Care team? They have the right tools and access to dig deeper and help you identify the root cause of the issue.

Thanks! :folded_hands:

I hear of lots of people experiencing this
In my opinion it is something related to the system and not individual.

I noticed it yesterday and chrome indicated the tab was using 1.2 Gigabytes of RAM. There’s probably some memory leak on the frontend.

Came here to look into this. Was slow about 16 hours ago and figured it was worldwide problem and would be fixed by now.

It still isn’t.

Everything is slow to load and is nearly unusable.

Scenarios load slow, modules open up slow, generally everything is at a snail’s pace.

Yes, it’s so annoying!
I look at the STATUS page and I don’t see any problem at all
I don’t know if anyone from Make is aware of this problem and if it’s being addressed because right now it’s impossible to work in the system at all.

same man, so this is worldwide issue hope this will fix soon

Since yesterday the whole system is moving really slowly and it feels like everything is stuck like this.
Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?

How annoying is this? I’m trying to figure out if anyone from the company is even aware of this problem because I haven’t received a response about it in over 24 hours :frowning:

Hey @here

Thank you for reporting this and bringing it to my attention. We apologize for the trouble caused by this issue. I’ve raised this topic internally and wanted to ask whether you could let me know what kind of browser and which version of it you are using? It will help our team narrow down the options.

I still recommend that you create a ticket with our support team so you can get updates straight to your email inbox. However, I’ll be updating this thread whenever I have new info.

Thank you :folded_hands:

Experiencing the same thing! Everything is somewhat delayed and the UI is somewhat operating at roughly low fps

I wonder if its a browser issue. I’m running on Edge as well

We’re experiencing severe slowness across Make — not just in one scenario, but across the whole UI.

It’s affecting multiple colleagues as well, so this doesn’t seem like a local machine issue. We tested it across multiple browsers, and the issue still persists.

This has already been going on for over 18 hours.

In some cases, we’re also seeing very high browser CPU usage while simply working inside Make.

When will this be sorted?

Hey,

Also experiencing this issue on our end, impacted browsers: Vivaldi, Arc. (so guessing chrome based browsers)
