I’ve seen this pop up a few times across the community, but interested if anyone has been able to create more customizable front end UI’s? I’ve seen options like forms.app, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on integrations or possibilities.

Are you looking for something that is self-hosted or third-party hosted?
All of the above. I’m currently trying to self host something, but if there’s already 3rd parties that connect, that would be great!
