I want to be able to gain inisights into my email campaigns, specifically ones that are sent out through my Gmail module.
I want to check:
The mailbox my emails end up in (Spam, Inbox etc)
I want to know when an email has been opened/previewed
I want to know when an email has been replied to
I want to reply to the response in a thread
Can anyone explain why Make Gmail module doesn’t integrate with typical tools like Gmass etc?

Gmail doesn’t provide an out-of-the-box solution for deliverability monitoring.
Perhaps you should be using a professional email marketing software like Mailchimp or Sendgrid?

I get the vibe that Gmail is funny with things like that.
I use sendgrid. Pretty easy to use and very useful. You have to make a custom api using their documentation for the insights but very good tool overall!
Can you explain this? do you use Gmail/Outlook modules AND Sendgrid or what?
