Need advice!
I have to collect daily signatures from our customers for the proof of their attendance.
We have zoom calls every day. We can do particularly anything.
We could write inside the zoom chat and ask if they approve that they are here and then take a screenshot.
We decided to go safe to dont have any problems with the government.
We use pandadoc for signatures.
We collect the signatures once a week to minimize effort. But its not optimal.
Any idea how we can make the proof of attendance more smooth?
Maybe signatures outomatically sent out every day? But how can we make sure that there
A one document created each day like in par.
Or got any other idea on how to track?
So with pandadoc you can create a doc, and then for example add fields which need to be filled signed by the other person or yourself.
These could be many fields at once.
For example the attendance shedule look like this
MO: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM (signature)
TU: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM (signature)
WE: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM (signature)
I can let them sign each date. but for example this should be sent out daily or only once a week they cannot sign only 1 field and come back tomorrow, because technically the document is not signed until he/she clicks submit - he can only submit when all signature fields are set also.
This means the document is finished now after the first signing process haw can i now procees to collect sig automatically without creating & doc over and over again
Any ideas how this is possible with or without pandadoc?
