Getting this error - [400] Billing hard limit has been reached

Hi Community

I’m getting this error “[400] Billing hard limit has been reached”

I’m on the Team Plan in Make and my usage is way under my allowance. I’ve also checked OpenAI (ChatGTP) and my billing is up to date. I had a look through community posts on this issue but couldn’t find a satisfactory resolution.

Here’s a video explaining what’s happening…

There’s probably a very obvious resolution, but I can’t see it.

Please help.

To resolve this issue,

  1. You can buy credits on the OpenAI Developer Dashboard, under Accounts > Billing page

  2. Next, go to the Usage Limits page, and set the Monthly budget field to the same as the value above (e.g.: 120), then save your changes.
