Gmail Alias doesn't work

I’m trying to send email from an Gmail alias, and it simply doesn’t work.

I’ve tried the solution in the following post, by using the email module instead of the Gmail module, but it still doesn’t work. Email is always sent by the parent email address.

Any workarounds or fixes?

Hi Miguel,

I tried to use my own e-mail alias from my google account. My parent address is info@vdwintelligence.nl and an alias is jeroen@vdwintelligence.nl. This is the module setup I used:

And it worked in gmail:

Make sure: your alias should be made by your parent account, in the same Google account.
