Google sheets Search Rows still outputs 1 bundle when no bundles are found

I’m rather new to make.com. I just realized that the Google sheets Search Rows module still outputs 1 bundle even when no bundles are found. For illustration, I connected a Search Rows module to an empty sheet and run. The output is an empty bundle (see screenshot 1).

Just to make sure I actually got 1 bundle, I connected the google sheet with an array aggregator. Sure enough, I received an empty bundle as input, and an array with an empty collection in it as output.

This seems like a bug to me, or is it an intended behavior?
