Search Rows module failing to find data after incident on Aug 21. Account may be affected

Hello Make.com Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical bug where the Google Sheets “Search Rows” module consistently fails to find data that I can verify exists in my sheet.

Problem:

  • The module’s output is always “Total number of bundles: 0”, even for simple, direct queries.

Proof: I have created an isolated test scenario with only ONE “Search Rows” module. It is configured to search for a hardcoded text value (“PRESTO-001”) in a specific column. The module runs, but finds nothing. This proves the issue is not with my scenario logic.

Connection to Recent Incident: I see you had an incident titled “Failing modules/executions” on August 21st. I strongly suspect my account is still suffering from residual cache or connection issues from this incident.

Action Required: Please investigate this platform bug urgently. I request that you check the connection health for my account and, if necessary, clear any server-side cache related to my Google Sheets connection.

This is a blocking issue for my entire workflow.

Thank you.
