Impossible / wrong "Search Rows" result by Google Sheets module

Hello,

I got a strange/wrong result from Google Sheets Search Rows module. How can this happen?

The filter has multiple AND rules, the result is nothing I searched for:

Make Support response:
As we can see, the inputs are correct, yet the Google Sheets API/server responded with the wrong record so this could be an issue on their end.
