I am looking to hire a professional to help edit an existing scenario for a Retell AI voice bot to check calendar availability in GHL and communicate the availability effectively back to it’s conversation with a live lead. I need it to be able to read and manager timezones, say the correct availability with the correct name of day. The scenario is built but it is not working correctly.

Hey @Ashley_LF , It sounds like your Retell AI bot is nearly there but the timezone and day mapping between GHL and the bot are throwing things off. That’s a common pain point when data from GHL doesn’t align perfectly with how Retell reads availability.
From what you described, your setup’s logic is mostly sound it just needs stronger timezone handling, correct date parsing, and a fallback so the bot always responds naturally (“You’re available Thursday at 2 PM EST”) without error.
I’ve fixed a similar issue before for a coaching team whose AI assistant kept booking wrong days. After standardizing their timestamps and building a conversion layer, everything synced perfectly no more mismatched times.
