Hi! I am trying to program my Pipedrive form to act as a tool for updating data for existing prospects, not just as a tool for creating new prospects. I investigated and I know I can do this automatization through make when choosing the trigger “Watch New Form Submissions”. I can’t find it, and I have both Pipe Drive Premium and Make Pro. Does anyone know if this exists? How can I find it?
I need help or else my boss will fire me.
