Can I ask why you’d want this? I am not sure it is possible to add a team member with absolutley no permissions.

The Team Monitoring role is the best you can do I think:

Teams (make.com)

That help doc has a good description of various team roles. This feature is only available on the Teams plan by the way (not the Pro plan).
