Two quick questions for free user interested in upgrading

What are you trying to achieve?

I am a free user and am very interested in upgrading. But unfortunately, because I am a free user there is no way for me to ask support/sales some basic questions. (can anyone explain why there is little/no help for non-users & free users? It makes me hesitant to upgrade) I have tried looking for answers, but I am unable to find any.

  1. Does Make allow for browser based recording? (Examples: to log into a website using browser cache, clicking/taking some action on a website)
  2. If I want to bring someone into my account to help me create a scenario (temporarily hire someone to help set it up), do I need a Teams plan to do that? I don’t need to have a team of people constantly logging in and creating automations.

Not natively, no, but there are third-party integrations that allow you to do that. ScrapeNinja is one of them.

No, you can even do that on the Free plan! I ask my clients to invite me to their organization all the time to work on their scenarios. For more information, see https://www.make.com/en/help/access-management/organizations#adding-users-to-organizations
