I’ve been trying and developing scenarios to learn about the tool, but I reached the free account limit.
Is there any sandbox mode?

You can find a Make affiliate link that will allow you to trial Make with 10k operations (instead of just 1k).
I have provided examples of how to do this elsewhere on the forum if you want to go down this route. I think it’s in one of the threads I replied to previously. You can use the forum search feature on my profile page to find related topics.
You can also use the Hire a Pro category to request for private 1-to-1 assistance via video call/screenshare/private messaging/etc. This may help you get your issue resolved faster. Posting in the Hire a Pro category will allow other members to assist you over other forms of communication.
Alternatively, you can use the private messaging feature to directly reach out to other forum members. To do this, go to your profile, and click on the “New Message” button:
