How can i search Airtable for X and send emails to X?

Hi! I’m trying to achieve something very simple,
But actually doing it in Make is breaking my brain.

This is what I’m trying to accomplish:

I have a Webflow form that has a field, in this, I field you can type in countries.
Then I have an Airtable with users, that is connected to different countries.

I want my setup to Watch Webflow form submission (Nailed it)
Then send an email to the user(s) in the Airtable that has the similar “countries” that were submitted in the Webflow form.

So I believe I have to use some sort of variable? Or if/that statement? Like: Search Airtable for same “Countries” that is similar to Webflow form → If: Send email to all these users that has similiare countries

Will this work? I Know it’s possible in Zapier but i need to sell my kidney to afford that.
