How can I see Scenario Input values in Scenario History?

Hi everyone,

I’m using Scenario Inputs in one of my scenarios (via the new Scenario Inputs feature in Make). The scenario is triggered either manually or by another scenario via Run Scenario module.

When I review the runs in the History, I can see which modules executed and their data, but I can’t find the original Scenario Input values that were passed in.
Are these input values visible somewhere in the History? Or is there a best practice for how to log or capture them so I can review what inputs were used for each run?

Thanks for any tips!

Welcome to the Make community!

Currently scenario inputs are not shown in the scenario execution history page. I’m sure others would agree that this is a nice feature to have.

You can submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under Platform Ideas and Improvements

Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it, so that you don’t end up creating a duplicate.

A workaround would be to use Custom Webhooks instead, as there is a separate webhook queue and you can also see the incoming webhook data in the trigger module itself.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues. P.S.: investing some effort into the tutorials in the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make!
