How can I udpate the stage i Streak from action perform in a google sheet

I have connected my google sheet with Streak app. It is important well my new rows. I would like now, when I update a certain cell of a row (like contacted) that it updates the stage of that same contact in Streak.
How could I do that? I have tried “watch changes” in google sheet then “update a stage” in streak but I cannot see what cell it should trigger the changes.
Would someone know?

For the Watch Changes Module in question to work, you need to install Make/Integromat GSheet Extension.
