How do I configure Variable value from "Set Variable" to create a new Database ID in Notion Module

Hello,

I wanted to ask for your expert opinion regarding my dilemma here. So I want to collect 7 data from our form in our Wix website. Then I want those data to be sent to my Notion database in a table format.

I already finished setting up and configuring the scenario. However, I want it to create a new item every time a new set of form data comes in.
