How do I pull from Tally responses into a Chat GPT promp that I can then send somewhere else?

Hi Makers,

I want to be able to add the following sequence and could really use some help:

1. Have a user fill out a form using Tally [form software integration)
2. Take the inputs from that Tally and put them into a Chat GPT prompt (as requested in the prompt)
3. Take the prompt and create a few paragraphs statement
4. Paste that statement somewhere else (i.e. send to email, or better yet post to a some widget that can show up within a web UI like a user account)
