In this video, we will show you how to create memory for the VAPI AI Assistant and integrate the VAPI Assistant directly within a scenario. We will use three scenarios to build this system.
First Scenario:
This scenario will check the call transcript. If a previous conversation exists, VAPI will continue the conversation with the customer based on that transcript. If no transcript is found, we will add the customer’s number to a Google Sheet, and VAPI will start a new conversation.
Second Scenario:
This scenario will update the transcript and summary.
Third Scenario:
This scenario will collect custom function properties and update the customer name in the Google Sheet.
