I am creating a Facebook leads campaign. every lead will be sent a Google form via Gmail then the form response will be saved in google sheets. I have not connected my clients Facebook yet but the problem is listing google form responses in google sheets. The only option is add a row but seems to be I needed watch responses. I have seen videos where the first module is the trigger and yet having an action watch responses/add a row on the second module but not on my end. The script.google.com in the video tutorial is a bad site at the moment and I don’t see an alternative right now to add those form responses.
Is this a limitation of a free account?
Hey Jan,
google forms already save responses in a google sheet. There is no need to use Make for this.
Also, you need to actually wait for the customer to fill out the form, you cant send it and get the response inside the same scenario.
I let it test out with a colleague to fill the form, email works. Can I ask also how to custom name on the email from the leads? i put parenthesis but when sent it just says hi on the greeting part of the email?
You need to map the name from the previous module (if its available).
That’s where you map the name.
