How to connect 100+ GMB locations

Hi all,

via my gmail.com address I manage 100+ locations. How do I connect them all in order to check latest reviews and answer them via ChatGPT?

Also I would like to know, which Google My Business API Service exactly I would need for that? The make.com tutorial is not really good.

Regards,
Soeren

Welcome to the Make community!

You’ll probably need to enable “My Business Business Information API”, and “My Business Account Management API”

However, you’ll need to apply for a quota approval/increase, because by default it’s set at “0”.

To do this, go to the quota page and click on the Edit quota link.

After doing this,

You can try using the Google My Business “Search Locations” module —

Searches for locations by given filter parameter for a specified account.

For more information, see https://www.make.com/en/integrations/google-my-business, and https://www.make.com/en/help/app/google-my-business in the help centre.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

I just applied for the Business Profile API via that Google form and now requested to increase quota. I will let you know once they answered, if all worked out.

@samliew Thanks for the quick answer and detailed screenshots!

Did you get an Answer from Google and did they increase your quota?

Yes, it worked perfect and took less then 24 hours.

No problem, glad I could help! Hope my screenshots and solution was useful.
