How to correct json parse error?

I am trying to transfer LinkedIn data into spreadsheet but every time I am getting the same error in JSON parse, how do I solve it?

this is a text parse replace output and json parse input but I am getting an error in json parse

At least and needs to be corrected to ". Anyway, Key and Value in JSON must be enclosed in double quotes.

I tried to make a valid json file out of it.
What needed to be done for sure is to replace the quotes. After that there are some quotes in the strings themselves these had to be escaped by \”. Finally, at the very end the array has been double closed. this also had to be removed.
